the beauty of school in the united states– one grade does not determine the fate of your eternity. yes, anything lower than a 90% can drop your grade depending if you've been striving for that A, but for those of us who constantly plummet through the B-C range towards D's have an issue at hand.
turning in a paper you don't feel confident with sucks. even more so when you didn't get the same answer as anyone lol. you're not alone. for athletes, this potentially means you can get benched for countless games and competitions depending on how bad you flunked that test. the nasty yet beautiful facet of the human race and the relative concept of time is you can't change the past, but the future is in your hands. i know a lot of you guys find trouble obtaining extra help, but use the time on your hands to not only tell yourself you are capable of achieving better! if you need some extra words of motivation, just leave a comment on this post. find extra links, and link up with people that can help you get to where you want to go. sometimes, you'll just eventually have to make time for the things that will get you somewhere in life.
second point: grade's aren't everything, but they sure are a lot. surround yourself with people who can get you help and get you places– even if they're not the brightest. i'm not telling you to check yourself, but check your surroundings. find something else in your life bolstering you with passion. have backups– get into something else that will actually promote your life after you graduate.
anyway, emailing your teacher won't hurt. don't freak, just know yourself. know your strengths and weaknesses, and take what you know and make yourself unstoppable. you can do this! ;)
